This vibrating frame was designed for the compaction of bulk material / granulate such as plastic granulate or plastic reclaim after a cutting mill or an extruder process. Also different kinds of dust and recycling material can be compacted with the frame.
The vibrated frame can be set up as a separate unit. The vibration frequency can be infinitely variable adjusted by potentiometer on the power supply.
The connection to an existing power supply or the implementation to a control with program selection is also possible. The weighing of the Big Bag’s during the filling process with the print out of an weight protocol can be optionally realized.
By using the vibrating frame the cone from pouring the material can be reduced.
Furthermore e.g. Octabins or stapled bags in a frame can be compacted with the vibrating frame.
