Vibrating table with smooth surface for the production of pre-fabricated parts like for example concrete, wet mix aggregate, refractory concrete. The vibrating table has a size of 3 x 3 m and has bee designed for a bulk load up to 7000 kg at an allowed frequency of 60 Hz.



On this vibrating table the moulds will be fixed “free riding”. If the vibrating table oscillates, so called acceleration peaks are generated if the moulds are not mounted. This results at certain masses in a better compaction of the material.




Vibrating table with T-rails to adapt brackets as a mounting option for moulds. The vibrating table has a clamping surface of 4 x 4m and is designed for a max. load up to 13000kg.

Vibrating table with roller conveyor



The method of transferring the vibration into the product and the way the vibrating isolators are being mounted guarantees a very efficient vibration. The vibration has only a linear, vertical component and ensures a synchronous movement and even displacement of all rollers.The electrical control enables to adjust the vibration frequency and with that the intensity of the compaction. Long vibrating table with transport rollers, which transfer the vibration into the moulds.For the production of flat elements out of polymer concrete (mineral cast). The moulds are being pushed over the rollers during the filling of the mould and the compaction of the polymer concrete.




Vibrating table for heavy loads



In this application the moulds are being hydraulically clamped to the table and filled with a mixture for a fireproof product. This type of vibration has also only a linear, vertical component and ensures a synchronous movement and even displacement of the table top. Depending on the rotation of the vibrators the table can be run with small or big displacement. Additionally the vibration frequency can be adjusted, which also allows to change the intensity of the compaction.The table is being equipped with a roller transport which can be raised pneumatically between the ridges of the table to transport the mould on and off the table.




Vibrating table with hydraulic clamps



This vibrating table has been designed for the compaction of materials in drums. Here, for example, the compaction of metal waste in concrete. The fixing of the drum happens through hydraulic clamps which have been placed on the upper edge of the drum. For a better positioning of the drum on the vibrating table position adapters are available in order to place the drum by a forklift without difficulty. The adjustment of the vibrating frequency is carried out over a separate power supply with potentiometer.




Vibrating table for the compaction of concrete in moulds for railway sleepers



The vibrating table is equipped with a roller conveyor for the transport of moulds. The contact surfaces of the vibrating unit are furnished with plastic sheets which reduce the noise level during the vibration of the moulds. The transport of the moulds as well as the compaction time will be controlled by a central power supply.




Vibrating table with hydraulic clamps for the compaction of concrete in long moulds



This vibrating table has lateral hydraulic clamps for the attachment of an applied exchangeable mould support. On this mould support the individual moulds will be fixed. For the exact positioning of the mould support position adapters are mounted on the vibrating table. The control of the vibrating table will be carried out via a control panel on the top end of the vibrating table.




Vibrating table with roller conveyor and magnets for fixing of a form



This vibrating table is equipped with a roller conveyor and electrical magnets. The vibrating table will be lifted by means of bellow actuators. After the compaction process the vibrating table will be lowered and the mould will be transported.
