Knauer Engineering’s vibrating tables are ‘Made in Germany’ and stand for high quality and durability. Only the electronic and hydraulic components are sourced from renowned manufacturers such as Siemens, Lenze (electronics) and Hawe, Bosch Rexroth (hydraulics). We hold the vast majority of spare and wear parts in stock and can supply them at very short notice. In the event of emergencies or machine breakdowns, we respond immediately and our service engineers will assist you promptly. We have the necessary expertise to repair faulty vibratory tables.

What is a vibrating table?
Vibrating tables are mainly used in industry to compact bulk materials and deaerate mixtures. Their mode of operation is relatively easy to guess from their name. For example, concrete can be compacted and deaerated using a vibrating table, and bulk materials can be compacted during packaging. However, vibrating tables can also be used with viscous media to de-aerate the required materials and/or substances. The areas of application for vibrating tables are virtually endless.
What does a vibrating table do?
Vibrating tables, also known as vibration tables, usually transmit vibrations in a vertical direction. However, vibrations in a horizontal or circular direction are also possible. The amplitude and frequency of these vibrations can be adjusted individually. These vibrations can be used to compact bulk materials or de-aerate mixtures. Vibrating tables are also used for sorting or separating materials.
What different types of vibrating tables are there?
In addition to standard vibrating tables for compacting bulk materials and de-aerating mixtures, we also manufacture vibrating tables to customer specifications. For example, we produce vibrating tables for the manufacture of machine beds for milling and turning machines. The types of motion offered by our vibrating tables range from linear, vertical or horizontal through to circular and elliptical oscillation. How often should vibrating tables be serviced?
To prevent machine breakdowns, vibrating tables should be serviced at regular intervals and wear parts replaced. With Knauer Engineering’s vibrating tables, you do not need to use an expensive servicing provider for this. You can carry out the maintenance yourself. We will provide you with instructions on how to do this when you take delivery. Should a breakdown nevertheless occur, we’ll assist you quickly and hassle-free. What requirements must the concrete meet in relation to the block-making machine?
To ensure that the block-making machine operates reliably, certain requirements regarding the concrete mix must be met. The mix must be suitable for the type of element to be produced, and the composition of the mix must be of consistent quality. With the correct mix and vigorous vibration from the machine, the product can be highly compacted and thus achieve high green strength.
